With proper care, our strip lashes can be reused 15-25+ times, depending on the style and how well they're maintained. We recommend gently removing any glue residue after each use and storing them in their original case to preserve their shape.

Absolutely! We have a range of natural styles perfect for beginners. Our pre-glued lashes are especially great for first-timers as they eliminate the need for separate adhesive. We also have detailed tutorials on our website and YouTube channel to help you perfect your application technique.

Apply a thin layer of lash and glow glue along the band, wait 30-60 seconds until the glue becomes tacky (this is key!), then place the lash as close to your natural lash line as possible. Start from the center, then secure the inner and outer corners. Use tweezers or a lash applicator for precision.

Gently peel off any glue residue from the band using tweezers. Use a cotton swab with a pump of our whip! lash shampoo to clean the band & lash fans. gently rinse shampoo then dry. Store in the original case to maintain their shape.

Our regular strip lashes do not include glue, but we offer a range of professional-grade lash adhesives separately that are gentle yet long-lasting.

Yes! All our lash adhesives are latex-free, making them suitable for those with latex sensitivities. Our glues are also formaldehyde-free and cruelty-free.

Yes, our lashes are designed with sensitive eyes in mind. They're made from lightweight, hypoallergenic materials and our adhesives are ophthalmologist-tested. However, if you have specific allergies, we recommend doing a patch test first.

We don't recommend sleeping in strip lashes as this can damage both the lashes and your natural lashes. The friction from your pillow can cause the lash band to bend and the fibers to become misshapen. Always remove your lashes before bed.

While our lashes are water-resistant, we recommend avoiding direct water contact to prolong their lifespan. Steam and excessive moisture can weaken the adhesive and affect the lash fibers. Remove lashes before showering or swimming.

We recommend strips for people with sensitive eyes, If you have very sensitive eyes, we recommend: • Doing a patch test with your lash glue • Using a latex-free glue (Usually it’s the glue — not the lash — that causes irritation.)

Because our lashes are handmade, occasionally a fan can loosen if handled roughly. If this does happen, contact us within 48 hours.
